Mike Schmidt is a Tucson-based serial entrepreneur, founder of Anchor Wave digital marketing agency, and co-founder of Agency Coach LLC, a business that mentors agency owners to scale their businesses. He is known for building Anchor Wave from a solo operation to a 20+ person agency and uses his agency as a testing ground for the strategies he teaches through Agency Coach. A recipient of the Two Comma Club award five times, he also co-founded Funnel Hub and has been featured in Russell Brunson’s books.

Krystal Popov

Founder of Futurepreneur, The L Offices, & Proper Shops

Krystal Popov is the founder of Futurepreneur, an organization that teaches children how to start and run their own businesses. After graduating with an engineering degree in 2004, she spent seven years as a software engineer with Kimley-Horn & Associates before pursuing her entrepreneurial path in 2011. In 2019, she founded The L Offices in Tucson, a community-focused workspace designed to foster wellness and connection, and later launched The Proper Shops, a downtown collective of local merchants and artists.
