He is the founder of Fig & Eagle, a family coaching brand focused on teaching the secrets of the best families on earth.
Scott is also the founder of the Clapham Accelerator, an organization of technologists and innovators using technology to fight against human trafficking. Scott has been featured in Bloomberg, Fox, NBC, The Wall Street Reporter, and the Entrepreneur Franchise 500.
Scott lives in Phoenix with his beautiful wife, Amy, and their 4 kids.

Matt Grevers is a four-time Olympic gold medalist and one of the fastest men in the water for the past two decades. A 27-time All-American and four-time NCAA champion at Northwestern University, he remains the school’s most decorated Olympian. Grevers earned six Olympic medals across the 2008 and 2012 Games—including individual gold in the 100-meter backstroke in London—and has won 35 medals in major international competition. In 2022, he was inducted into the Chicagoland Hall of Fame.
He is a partner at Demont Family Swim School, CEO of Grevers Inc. (working with the USOPC, USA Swimming, and sponsors such as Chobani, TYR, and AT&T), and CEO of Ragnar Real Estate, a student housing company based in Arizona, where he also holds his real estate license.

Mike Schmidt started his first business before he could vote, building a high school website that caught national attention and sparked a lifelong love of entrepreneurship. He went on to create the Magic Library, an online community for magicians with millions of visitors, and later launched Anchor Wave, now one of Arizona’s leading digital marketing agencies. A 40 Under 40 honoree and multi–Two Comma Club Award winner, Mike now helps entrepreneurs build freedom-based businesses through Agency Coach.

Krystal Popov is the founder of Futurepreneur, an organization that teaches children how to start and run their own businesses. After graduating with an engineering degree in 2004, she spent seven years as a software engineer with Kimley-Horn & Associates before pursuing her entrepreneurial path in 2011. In 2019, she founded The L Offices in Tucson, a community-focused workspace designed to foster wellness and connection, and later launched The Proper Shops, a downtown collective of local merchants and artists.
